01 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the GameZone Rewards Wallet, requesting or using a coupon, or continuing with wallet login, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the Wallet or request or redeem a GameZone coupon.

02 Eligibility

• The Wallet and its rewards are available only to eligible GameZone customers.
• You must use the mobile number associated with your eligible GameZone purchase or customer account.
• GameZone may require order, payment, identity or account verification before issuing a reward.
• Cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders may not earn rewards.
• A customer may be refused access where applicable law, age restrictions or product restrictions prevent the transaction.

03 Coupon values and discount calculation

Available coupons may carry one of the maximum discount values displayed in the Wallet programme settings. A coupon does not represent cash or stored monetary value.

04 Coupon eligibility

Unless a different promotion is displayed, a coupon cap becomes available only when the customer's current Wallet balance is at least that amount.

05 Redemption conditions

• Coupons may be redeemed only through the authorised GameZone Store or another method expressly specified by GameZone.
• Each coupon is valid for one transaction and one-time use only.
• Only one coupon may be used per order unless GameZone expressly permits combination.
• A coupon cannot ordinarily be combined with another coupon, promotional code or incompatible offer.
• The discount applies only to eligible merchandise. Delivery charges, fees, taxes and excluded products may not count.
• The customer must pay the remaining order amount using a payment method accepted by GameZone.

06 Expiry

Unless a different validity period is displayed when issued, each coupon must be redeemed within 24 hours of issuance.

An expired coupon becomes invalid automatically. It will not be reissued or extended unless GameZone determines that a technical or administrative error prevented proper use.

07 Non-transferability and cash value

• Coupons are issued to the eligible Wallet holder and are non-transferable.
• Coupons cannot be sold, exchanged, gifted or assigned to another person.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, Wallet cash, bank credit or any other monetary payment.
• Lost, deleted, shared or expired coupon codes may not be replaced.

08 Returns and cancellations

If an order placed with a coupon is cancelled, returned, refunded or reversed, the coupon and its discount may not be restored. Any refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid, subject to the applicable return and refund policy.

GameZone may reverse related Wallet rewards when the qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or later found to be ineligible.

09 Misuse and prohibited activity

Customers must not manipulate the Wallet, create duplicate accounts, share OTPs or coupon codes, submit false claims, exploit errors, automate requests, or obtain rewards through fraudulent activity.

Where misuse is suspected, GameZone may temporarily restrict the account while relevant orders, payments, devices and redemption activity are reviewed.

10 GameZone rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameZone reserves the right to:

• verify eligibility before issuing or accepting a coupon;
• reject, suspend or cancel a coupon obtained or used through error, fraud, misuse or policy violation;
• suspend or close a Wallet account involved in abusive or unauthorised activity;
• correct Wallet balances, reward calculations and coupon records affected by technical or administrative errors;
• add or remove eligible products and modify or end a promotion with reasonable notice where practicable;
• update these terms for legal, security, operational or commercial reasons.

A material change will not remove a benefit already lawfully redeemed, except where necessary to address fraud, illegality or an obvious system error.

11 Wallet access and security

You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number, OTPs, device access and coupon information secure. GameZone will not ask you to disclose an OTP outside the authorised login or verification process.

Notify GameZone promptly if you believe your Wallet or coupon has been accessed without permission.

12 Service availability

GameZone will use reasonable efforts to keep the Wallet available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, third-party services or events outside GameZone's reasonable control may temporarily affect access or redemption.

13 Applicable policies and law

Purchases remain subject to the GameZone Store's payment, delivery, cancellation, return, privacy and product-specific policies. These terms apply in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Include your registered mobile number and relevant order number, but never send your OTP, password or complete payment credentials.
